Within the United States

Shipping is complimentary. It is included in the price of the piece rather than added at checkout, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Allow three to five business days once your piece has left the atelier.

International

We ship worldwide at a flat rate by region, shown at checkout before you pay:

Canada $110 · United Kingdom and Europe $120 · Australia and New Zealand $160 · elsewhere $180.

Allow two to five business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, three to six for Canada, four to seven for Australia and New Zealand, and five to ten elsewhere.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders outside the United States may attract import duty and tax, set by your own country and collected by the carrier before delivery. These are not included in what you pay us, and on garments they commonly come to 15–30% of the value.

We declare every parcel accurately. We cannot mark a parcel as a gift or state a lower value — that is customs fraud, and it would void the insurance on your piece.

Making time

Ready-to-wear pieces held in stock leave the atelier within one to four business days.

Made-to-order pieces are sewn after you order, and the lead time is shown on the piece itself.

Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed with you in writing after your consultation. Shipping for bespoke pieces is included in the commission price.
